We Are Cooking is a mobile cooking simulator for iOS and Android. The project is growing fast, with new restaurants and events released regularly. We're looking for a game designer to strengthen the team in this area.

What you'll do:

• Design new restaurants and in-game events - from idea to release

• Analyze metrics for released content

• Use AI tools in your daily work

• Deconstruct competitor games

• Write and maintain internal documentation

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of experience as a game designer on casual projects

• Experience using AI tools in your work

• Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets and willingness to dig into configs

• Knowledge of ARPU, LTV and retention and the ability to interpret them

• Ability to present ideas clearly in documentation

• Extensive experience playing casual mobile games (cooking and/or time-management games are a bonus) and an understanding of what players in the genre enjoy

• Proactivity and willingness to suggest ideas for improving the product and processes

Nice to have:

• Technical degree

• Basic programming skills

• Experience working with game configs

• Experience in narrative design or story-driven content
